Jim Hood Hood Design
Begun 1989, Hood Design is a branding and design consultancy based in Boston. Owner Jim Hood's practice works across the mediums of print, web, signage, and environmental design towards creating a unified brand experience is a single brand environment.

Jim's projects are diverse, from incised black granite signage at New York's Rockefeller Plaza, letterpress printed certificates for Harvard's Graduate School of Design's commencement, to Red Osier Run, a sculptural installation of over 600 red stained balsam sticks at Old South Church in Boston's Copley Square. Across this range of projects a common process of collaboration, research, and working through the details arrives at finished work with purpose, emotional connection, and refinement.
